Without a doubt one of my favourite hotels I stayed during my stay in Vietnam. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by Trong (assistant general manager) and provided with a complimentary basket of fruit. Trong is highly motivated and was extremely focused on providing excellent hospitality. He went 'above and beyond' to ensure I had a great trip and overall experience. The hotel is located in a popular area along the Nha Trang coastline and the facilities and service of the staff is definitely '5 star'. I would like to thank Trong and his staff for their professionalism and their commitment to providing the best hospitable experience for their patrons - a true sample for excellent hospitality! I'll definitely be back soon to visit :)

Personal is great, location is wonderful, about 4 min walk to the beach. The hotel has its umbrellas on the beach, available for guests from 8am to 4 pm. The location itself is great, less crowded. The personnel was supporting and helping. The rooms are clean. Stores/restaurants are nearby. We received a plate of fruits to our room for a long stay, it was a very nice gesture. Have been in the spa, it is unbelievably great, the service is TOP! When we were departing the personnel organized us a car with wonderful conditions and a very nice driver for a good price. Thank you for your support and care

Executive suite on level 22 is very spacious, comfortable and offers great view of the sea and city with great spa in the room. Buffet breakfast offers lot of choices from main meal styles like rice, curries, noodles, stirred fries, dumplings, congees, salad and fruit and cake station, love their home made tofu dessert with pearls. Staffs are very welcoming every where we meet, accommodate our special needs. Location is great, a little bit out of main centre which we preferred, still plenty of services surrounding the hotel.

Phuong

Family room offers separated parents and kids bedrooms and bathrooms which is super, great view to the sea and city from level 29. Staffs are all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offers lots of choices of rice, noodles, congee, salads, wonton, springrolls, fruits with 5+ and desserts with 10+ options. Beds and pillows are all super comfortable and rooms offer some different sittings with work tables and also tea table which are very nice and enjoyable.

Phuong

Location was great! Very close to sea front. Mr Hung (front desk manager) was exceptionally helpful as were all his staff. He helped us immensely and was very friendly. He helped make a good holiday into a great holiday. What a lovely man! I cannot praise him enough and one of the best I have met in the 65 coh tries I have visited.
